Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with RevoCV. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for our digital products. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹).
1. Credit packs (one-time)
- Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
- If you have partially used a pack, we may refund the pro-rated value of the unused credits within 7 days.
- Once a pack is fully consumed, it is non-refundable.
2. Pro subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; it does not renew after that.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period once it has started, except where required by law.
- If you were charged in error or experienced a billing fault, contact us within 7 days for a full review and refund where appropriate.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@revocv.com from your account email with your order/transaction reference. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
4. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails but you were charged, or you were charged more than once, contact us and we'll reconcile and refund the difference promptly.
