Privacy Policy

• Account data: your name, email address and hashed password (we never store plaintext passwords).
• Content you create: resumes, job descriptions, applications, notes and personas.
• Billing data: payment status and transaction references. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Razorpay) — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent and basic security/audit logs.

• To provide the service: building resumes, running alignment/ATS analysis and tracking applications.
• To process payments and manage your credits and subscription.
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts).
• To secure the service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your resume content to train third-party models for other customers.

Some features send the text you choose to analyse (a resume and/or job description) to a third-party AI provider to generate analysis and suggestions. We send only what is necessary to perform the action you requested, and the output is returned to you and stored against your account.

We share data only with processors that help us operate:

• Neon (database hosting)
• Razorpay (payments)
• Brevo (transactional email)
• An AI provider for analysis features
• Our hosting provider

We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your personal data and content (subject to legally required retention of transaction records).

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated account. We maintain audit logs of sensitive actions and apply the OWASP Top 10 and ISO 27001-aligned controls.
